Abyssinia Rock

Abyssinia Rock is a cosy granite outcrop skirted by jarrah forest near the beginning of the Bibbulmun track.  Part of the greater Darling Range, this section of the Jarrahdale State Forest is characterised by pockets of exposed rock that create a diversity of micro habitats to explore. From reflective rock pools to lichen of every colour, the outcrop is a great place to ponder a sunset from or appreciate a non-moonrise!
