Boonerring Hill

Boonerring Hill is another great spot along the northern part of the Bibbulmun track. Set in the Darling Range, the track affords grand views to the west of Jarrahdale State Forest and to the east over farmland. The cracked rocks at the base of the hill are like a giant’s jigsaw puzzle set among granite gardens that only nature could create. The wildflowers with grass trees and eucalypts also perfectly frame vistas of the outcrop.

The walk certainly works up an appetite and inspires new recipes on the way down! And the track to the beginning of the hill section of the climb is also wide enough to fit a 4WD down…
